What is included in your cleaning services?

Every home is different but we will provide a thorough dusting, tidying, vacuuming, organization upon requested, polishing of furniture, cleaning of all glass, baseboards and floor cleaning. What should I do before a house cleaning?

To make our house cleaning services the most efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before our team arrives.
Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

We clean Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. It is up to you to schedule a cleaning that works best for your lifestyle. We can clean whether you are there or want to return to a clean home after a long day at work.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Our staff will come prepared with everything they need to clean your home. However, if you would like to implement specific products we will happily do so.
Are you a pet friendly company?

Yes! We can clean with your pets in your home. If they are at all aggressive, please leave them in a designated, locked area.
Are your products pet friendly?

Yes, we strive to use products safe for all households as well as implementing preferred products our clients request.
What happens if I refer someone to your company?

We offer a $25 discount for existing customers who refer us new clients! It will be deducted from your next regular cleaning service.

Billing & Policies

Payments Accepted

We accept cash, check, PayPal and Venmo. We will be able to accept credit card payments shortly.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for 48-hours notice before your regularly scheduled cleaning service if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will charge a $50 fee if cancelled or rescheduled within 24-hours or if we cannot access your home.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If anything is ever missed, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Just notify us of the mistake and we will fix it within 24 hours at no charge.
