Billing & Policies
Payments Accepted
We accept cash, check, PayPal and Venmo. We will be able to accept credit card payments shortly.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for 48-hours notice before your regularly scheduled cleaning service if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will charge a $50 fee if cancelled or rescheduled within 24-hours or if we cannot access your home.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If anything is ever missed, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Just notify us of the mistake and we will fix it within 24 hours at no charge.
